how it works | A 4-Phase Process

We’ve simplified the journey to your perfect space into four easy-to-follow phases, designed to keep the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. From concept to completion, our structured approach ensures every detail is handled with care and precision — so you can feel confident at every stage of your project. 

Phase 1: Initial Consultation & Design Discovery
To begin, our designer will arrange a home visit to take accurate measurements and gain a thorough understanding of your space and requirements. We’ll guide you through the process, briefly share design ideas, and provide inspiration to help bring your vision to life. After the consultation, you’ll receive a complimentary proposal, including our design approach and estimated costs.

Phase 2: Design Commitment
Next, we’ll invite you to our showroom to refine your design, discuss style preferences, and select products, all while keeping your budget in mind. Once we have all the necessary details, our designer will prepare your final proposal, including CAD plans, a product and labour breakdown, and an estimated project start date. 

To ensure your place in our schedule and allow unlimited design revisions until you’re completely satisfied, we kindly request a £500 deposit, redeemable against your final invoice.

Phase 3: Installation
Once you’ve approved the proposal and confirmed the design, we’ll arrange for an upfront payment for the products and materials, typically two weeks before the project start date. Our experienced team of fitters will arrive as scheduled to begin the installation. Throughout the process, your designer will check in on-site to monitor progress and ensure everything is on track, but we’re always available at the other end of the phone to answer any questions or concerns.

Phase 4: Completion & Final Handover

When the installation is complete, we’ll conduct a final walk-through to address any snags, and once everything is perfect, we’ll settle any outstanding balances. After that, it’s time for you to enjoy your beautifully transformed space.
