 Since founding Trueloves in 2012, Stephen has served as our lead installer, bringing with him an invaluable wealth of experience and technical expertise. His passion for the craft, coupled with his meticulous attention to detail, has consistently earned the trust and confidence of our clients. This dedication to excellence has not only ensured outstanding results but also cultivated long-term relationships with customers who repeatedly return for additional projects. Sophie, Stephen’s daughter, plays a crucial role within the company, leveraging her background in the Private Property sector and her flair for Interior Design. With extensive experience managing high-end residential estates in London, she ensures the smooth operation of both the office and our installation schedule. Sophie's ability to efficiently coordinate complex tasks, along with her strong organizational skills, allows for a seamless client experience. She holds diplomas in Property Management and has also studied Floristry, further enhancing her well-rounded expertise in the industry.

Ozzy & Axl, our miniature Dachshunds, both welcome you to visit our  showroom. Where they lack on being able to share their design advice, they make up for with excitable wagging tails and lots of affection. They can often be seen from the window watching the world go by, in-between power naps.
